The Toyshop

Just another one of my many ideas for a fanfiction. Goshers! I have too many to count now... and so far, they've all just remained ideas. Dunno if this one'll happen, but it's cute nonetheless.

Okee... it's an AU (alternate universe) Naruto fic... (What's humorous is I don't even watch/like the show. )

Sakura's a lonely orphan girl who lives with mean and uncaring foster parents (who only took her in because they were forced to.) Each day, as she returns from school, she passes by this cute little toyshop and stares at three dolls in particular: a rag doll, a porcelain doll, and a soft clown doll. She really wants to buy the dolls (even though she's about 14/15 in the story) because they're always on display together, and they're always in a different position each day. She thinks it must be the unseen care of the old toymaker (Kakashi). She decides to go in and buy them one day, after receiving her small allowance. But to her surprise, the old toymaker is nowhere to be found, and she discovers that the place has been abandoned for years. Suddenly, she sees the old toyshop owner, who is actually evil. He casts a spell over the girl that turns her doll size.

Upset, Sakura worries about what will happen to her, when suddenly, the three dolls come to life and start calming her down. She soon befriends each one of them, and they all team up to find a way to stop the evil toymaker.

But each doll has his/her own cute little quirks.

Rock Lee (the Rag Doll) is very shy and timid around Sakura, yet also very protective of her. Hinata (the Porcelain Doll) is a tad bubbly, talkative at times, and gets nervous when there's trouble. She's the sweetest doll of the trio, and acts like a sister to Sakura. And Gaara (the Clown) is grumpy and cynical almost all the time, and likes to be sarcastic and pithy when he talks. However, he is a very caring individual underneath the surly air.

Doesn't it all sound like something out of a Disney movie?

And do you know what all inspired this? Rock Lee's funky eyes. I was like, "Hey! They look sewn on", and it all evolved from there. I'm so crazy at times.
