The Crew

By now, most of you have seen my concept art for Captain Bard and the wood troll, Thistle.



Well now, it's time to meet some of the crew.

From left to right, these are...

First Mate Devon, Jarvis the navigator, and Rigby the cook.

Here's a little bit of trivia about each one...

Devon is the second-in-command of the ship, and a dear friend to Bard. He often confides in her over anyone else because he's known her the longest. She's loyal to her captain, and does whatever she needs to in order to protect the crew.

Jarvis is the navigator of the ship and is the cockiest one of the bunch. He likes to flirt with Devon, despite her rejections and the fact that she's his superior. He likes to tease Bard, often telling him that he's lost when he actually knows where he's going. Jarvis is competitive and likes to prove himself.

Rigby, also known as "Cookie", is the chef of the ship. He's hard-working and is quite the perfectionist when it comes to his meals. He gets along very well with Thistle because she appreciates his food, and both of them are very jovial in nature. Cookie is peaceful and likes to avoid conflict as best he can.

So, yeah... ENJOY!!

(P.S., Yes, Devon is an Old English girls' name. Check this out if you don't believe me.)
