The main reasons why "Ben 10" stinks in my opinion.

Reason 1: Though I've never seen the show "Danny Phantom", you have to admit that the main stars of both DP and B10 are similar in both appearance and powers. (Rip off, much??)

Reason 2: The show "Ben 10" is a lot like "Jonny Quest" (only not as cool, mind you.) You have two kids who go around to different places and wind up getting into trouble. Plus, Grandpa Max is too much like Race (minus the personality of course.) Again, it's a rip off (in my opinion anyway.)

Reason 3: Heatbast looks EXACTLY like Hotspot from "Teen Titans". Now, since they're both owned by the same company, they have the rights to him, but still. He looks EXACTLY the same. No originality (and, most likely, no thought) went into his design.
